"Booked these guys for a full home theatre setup in our new place. The install actually took an extra day because they found some wiring issue in the wall, which was a bit annoying since I'd planned around the original timeline. But once it was done, the sound in the room is genuinely different from anything I've heard at a friend's place. What stood out was how clean the cable work looked, and they walked me through the remote setup twice without rushing."

"Our spare bedroom used to sound awful, movies were basically an echo chamber. Got acoustic panels and a projector put in over a weekend. Only downside was one panel's shade was slightly off from what I picked online, minor but noticeable if you look closely. That aside, the difference in sound is honestly night and day, and the projector brightness holds up fine even with our evening lights on, which I wasn't expecting."

Setup on the app took a bit of back and forth over the phone since I'm not great with tech, so that part was a little frustrating. But now my dad genuinely uses it without calling me for help, which says a lot. The lighting scenes for movie night are a nice touch too."

Had to call back once because the receiver needed a firmware update before calibration, small hiccup but they sorted it quickly over the phone. The overhead effect during action scenes is honestly more noticeable than I expected for just two ceiling speakers. Also appreciated that the technician actually explained what each speaker was doing instead of just leaving once it was wired."

"Needed a projector mounted in a room with a low false ceiling, which apparently is trickier than normal so it took extra planning on their end. Ended up pushing the install by a couple of days. Once it was up though, the picture is sharp even before it gets fully dark outside, and there's zero visible cabling anywhere in the room. Would've liked a bit more notice about the delay, but the result made up for it."

Delivery of one speaker got delayed by about a week due to stock issues, which held up the full install. Once everything arrived though, the setup itself was quick and the sound is a solid step up from our old soundbar for the price.
